In coimbatore, it's better to book rides offline else uber drivers ask for extra cash. And sometimes even paying extra cash, they show in app that we didn't pay. @Uber even after bringing this matter to light is not helpful to customers. Seems like @Uber_Support dnt care too.

@UberINSupport Have messaged you the details will wait for the issue to be resolved. The issue is not about the money. It's about how drivers are using uber platform to trouble the riders and tourist in Coimbatore. I have never been troubled like this before.

I guess with digital world it has become more difficult to get service. Between @payzapp @reliancetrends @HDFC_Bank I cannot find where is my money. Shopping from @reliancetrends would be so much pain.
The money got deducted but @reliancetrends
denies.I ended paying twice.
