इंडियन बैंक सिलीगुड़ी के जोनल हेड केशरी लाल गुप्ता द्वारा लगातार आधे घंटे तक एक शाखा प्रबन्धक को गाली दिया जाना बहुत ही शर्मनाक घटना है। धूर्त ,मूर्ख और वाचाल वरिष्ठ अधिकारी को तुरंत कम से कम सी आर एस किया जाना चाहिए।
