@nusairat @NFL_DovKleiman Yeah, but there are only 450 players in the NBA, while there are 1696 in the NFL (just going of roster sizes, the gap is bigger if you include players going on IR and being replaced). So it's way easier from a competitive perspective to gain a spot in the NFL

@DynastyMad @ProFootballTalk The Rams also had a stacked roster at the time, no team with that amount of cap space (other than the Jets, who are in on Rodgers) have a roster to compete, so giving up 2 firsts matters more. Then there is the missing 11 games in two seasons and mediocre play recently
