@makemytripcare Details shared via DM, @makemytrip. To be clear, this isn’t just about a poor stay. A POSITIVE review was posted against my stay that I NEVER wrote or submitted. Please investigate the audit trail and explain how this happened. This is a serious review-integrity issue.
1/3 This is extremely concerning, @makemytrip. I stayed 2 nights with my family and had a terrible experience. But what shocked me more: I found a POSITIVE review posted against my stay that I NEVER wrote or submitted. I have the screenshot
@DeepKalraMMT@makemytripcare 3/3 @makemytrip — who submitted this review and how was it published without my knowledge? Please investigate the audit trail and remove it. This raises serious questions about review authenticity on your platform. I can provide my booking ID privately @saujanyas@Rajesh_Magow
2/3 The actual experience? Dirty linen & furniture, unhygienic kitchen, dirty pool, ACs frequently not working due to low voltage, poor service and, unbelievably, NO WATER in the bathrooms at times. Yet there’s a positive review against my stay? @DeepKalraMMT@makemytripcare
@zomatocare Dear @zomatocare - I just ordered a single Briyani, don't know why it's taking so long for you to check the status and update me. It's more than 12 hours now since I shared my "registered mobile number in private message".
Feeling so special after placing an order on @ZomatoIN@zomatocare . It has been JUST over 40 mins waiting for a CC exec to check where my order is, which I placed JUST couple of hours ago. Resturant contact mobile is switched off BTW.
@zomatocare Dear @zomatocare - I have shared my registered mobile no. in private message and also so that u know, the awaited order is marked as delivered but JUST to clarify, I haven't received it yet.
