@HotpointUK I have paid for a delivery and installation for tomorrow (sat 9th May) for 9am-12pm slot. I have just had a text to tell me delivery will be 2pm-5pm. All your lines are closed and your automated message says I cant change the delivery slot. Can someone please help?

@O2 I am unable to access my mobile phone account via the My O2 app or the website. The app says there’s an issue and to use the website. The website does not show any billing or airtime allowances. How can I check my account? Thanks
@nxcare I’m trying to reserve seats from Manchester airport on the 172 route. There’s no option to reserve seats but if I start journey in Manchester I can reserve seats. Can you help?
