Projects without a DPR mean arbitrariness, inflated costs, waste of public money & open doors to corruption — all under the cover of “faith.”

The Nashik–Trimbakeshwar Kumbh Mela Act, 2025 mandates an Integrated Plan. The law has been thrown into the dustbin.

RTI asked for the DPR. No reply. Only fragmented departmental expenses shared.
