Bought the voucher under one set of rules? Those rules should stay.

Gift voucher T&Cs shouldn’t be changed overnight. Changes should apply only to newly issued vouchers, or come with at least 30 days’ notice.

You’re asked to read the T&Cs before buying, and the voucher comes with a defined validity.

It’s essentially money converted into a platform’s currency.

The T&Cs at the time of purchase should apply.
