SBI Main Branch, Manthani — I visited to reset my YONO password but left disappointed. I heard a remark suggesting a customer could be judged by appearance and affordability. No customer deserves to be judged by how they look. @TheOfficialSBI, please investigate.

I visited SBI Main Branch, Manthani for a simple banking service but instead faced disrespect, unnecessary delay, and behaviour that no customer should experience. Hoping @TheOfficialSBI ensures that no one else has to go through this.

Their website clearly says:
“100% Money Back – No Questions Asked” if you don’t learn anything new.
I didn’t. I requested a refund.
Result? No written response.
Is this how a money-back guarantee works?
