@QuickRidein Glad you got a dedicated pickup hub at the BLR airport, most annoying part was coordinating and waiting for the driver earlier, Have used it from both T1 & T2... Must say service has improved ten folds and your staff at the airport are so professional and polite 🙌

Love the concept of @smallcaseHQ, but it really sucks that It can't sync well with my @kotakneo if I had sold units from the later. At the stage of manual Rebalancing, I just exit & start over. Please implement a bidirectional sync for past transactions in some way.

The Ticket id 2049188 just sends an automated reply after two days saying query is resolved.
No reply over DM over here as well..

Why do you keep closing the tickets without taking approval or a basic call to the customer.
Upon raising a case they just simply reply with sorry and close the ticket.
Have the decency to talk to the customer to understand the full picture.

Avoid @Zoomcar_India at any cost.
Their customer services had shut their helpline on 15-Aug but are ready to accept the booking for the same day.
The faulty vehicle was provided which brokedown and I had to get it repaired.
They won't reply to mail, tweet is the only option.
