@AmazonHelp I was told to wait until 9pm for the phone to be delivered. The phone is still not out for delivery and I don't think it ll get delivered today. The problem is from Tom I might not be available at the same delivery address.

I stand to loose 2k of my booking amount for no fault of mine. @nothingsupport at least now request to help with a resolution and stop being a spectator. I tried calling flipkart to convey they I'm travelling. But their customer service is so great that they never bothered to respond to my query

I don't wish to get blamed that my phone was not reachable when u tried reaching me for delivery later on. Hence provide clarity.

@flipkartsupport @flipkartsupport could u pls highlight exactly when was my query addressed? I had a query regarding the refund of my preorder amount and wanted to understand further about delivery as I'm expected to travel. If this is the standard of @Flipkart & @nothing resolution I regret.
