@theDRAMAgoat1 So…. I moved schools in a new state this year, and I haven’t done a single ice breaker. While at first I was happy, I realize now that I also know almost no one after a year, and there seems to be no cohesion between staff.

@clhubes My best friend always used her kids’ birthdays to collect donations for charity- small stuff like jars of peanut butter or socks, whatever was the need at the time. Some people brought gifts in addition but many did not. As the kids got older, they opted to continue the practice.
