@UberEats maybe don't use a bot when you're supposed to connect with a person in your help desk. I had an issue with my grocery delivery, and was told 3 times that it wasn't eligible for a refund, AFTER I repeatedly stated I DID NOT WANT A REFUND. Real people retain customers

Went to @BurgerKing this morning after looking online to see which location carries the Impossible Breakfast Sandwich. Only patron there, yet was not even acknowledged for several minutes. Insult to injury, I was told this location does not carry said sandwich. FAIL. 🤬🤬🤬

Graceful moment of the day: went to view a potential new home, slipped and fell down the stairs. Thankfully I landed on my butt, so while bruised, I'm ok. Though my pride may not recover. Now I'm bouncing between I really like this house and feeling like it tried to kill me.....
