@AleksiReito@JuhaniKnuuti Voihan sitä edistynyttä tarkkuttaa käyttää seulomaan sellaisia syöpiä missä aikaisemmasta hoidosta on nettohyötyä? Tuskinpa nykyinen syöpäseulonta on kehityksen huippu.
@AleksiReito@JuhaniKnuuti No toki, jos se seulonta ei toimi. Mutta premissini oli, että teknologia paranee ja pystytään tunnistamaan esim. syöpiä paremmin kuin nyt.
1/16 You've heard a million times that sanctions against Putin's regime don't work. That Putin isn't actually affected by them. That's right because he isn't.The same approach is tried over and over for almost 2 years, yielding no results. How about I suggest something different?
@mkaeberlein Matt, I am trying to get more longevity people to Bluesky. If you want to join, follow me here, and I will DM you an invite code. Ora Biomedical just joined.
The X-spinoff is gaining good traction, especially among the crowd following Russia's war on Ukraine. E.g. @NOELreports recently joined and just crossed 4000 followers. Already much content published first there. I will have invite codes soon. #ukraine
@GergelyOrosz We don't know what politics, tech debt etc. made KLM have a twice-per-year release cycle, so IMO we can't conclude that going two every-two-week cycle in 7 months is a terrible outcome. I suspect that SAFe is actually often good in this type of terrible-to-meh transition.
In today's #vatniksoup, I'll introduce a South African-American(!) businessman and social media figure, Elon Musk (@elonmusk). He's best-known for being the wealthiest man in the world, running Tesla Inc., SpaceX & Twitter, and for parroting Kremlin's propaganda narratives.

@KristerKauppi Thanks Krister for putting this together. I am positively surprised that creatine made the list, while at the same time negatively surprised that there is no male mice data on it - seems like a weird omission.
@carlvellotti Disruption theory is one way to think about it. Sustained innovation of core iPhone features is overshooting the needs of most users, i.e. providing little incremental value. They would need major new capabilities e.g. in health or AR, that would move them down the S-curve
@MedCrisis Have you checked @mike_lustgarten's n=1 biohacking experiments and do you have an opinion on their scientific value? IMO Bryan's approach could be scientifically valuable, if his team would follow a similar rigorous approach in publishing hypotheses and outcomes of interventions
