@jaevionn Blame your insurance company for not updating the system. The Police can only work with what they see on the system. The blame is not theirs this time.

@jaevionn For any system to function properly, the people who uses it, have to be efficient in updating the records.

@jaevionn Did you have a certificate or a cover note? If it's a cover note, I don't believe the system will be updated as you being insured. Also, I have found that some insurance companies/brokers are, slow in updating the system.
