@SRidesocial I have paid and subscribed for Sride premium as you can see from the attached screenshots from Google pay and Sride notifications but when I click on messages, it is asking me to pay again. So what's happening?
@CareMagicpin@mymagicpin your customer support is horrible! Absolutely horrible! The restaurant tells me the food is ready and no rider assigned. Only get AI responses from your customer support. Can I talk to an actual person who will understand the issue?

@NoBrokerCare@nobrokercom I had booked a pickup and drop for a sofa within thane city. I had mentioned there is no service lift at the drop point & it's on 6th floor. Now I am being asked to pay Rs.1200 more because you need more people! Why?? Doesn't this border on extortion?
PSA: Don't use @nobrokercom packers and movers services. They will give you a quote, take the token amount and on the day of the shifting, they will tell you that more people are required and so the amount will need to increase.
