@BakareParth Not enough volume for gains.If goal is 45 cms you should really consider changing your splits. A good 4 day split could be push pull legs for you.Remove training arms on pull and push days.Add a day of only arms ie tri bi & forearms. Volume target is ~20 sets each muscle group.

In US college there is tourney participation money and the money they make in games ie via ticket sales jerseys, social media handles. Kentucky made 20 mil for NCAA participation and 20 mil from other sources.

@BakareParth US schools work differently. They do not have a broadcasting share. Major source for them is donors. Donors can be individuals or colleges. The better your school programme is performing better donations. Game day revenue is another source. Tickets , jerseys etc.

@BakareParth NCAA has brodcasting rights, league rights to fantasy companies, also Nike sponsors NCAA programme and very jersey has their logo on it. NCAA then passes on this share to the all the participating teams. So every team is investing money to either stay in NCAA or get in.

@BakareParth The entire US sports structure is privatised. The schools , colleges are incentivised to promote sports via sponsorships and donations. Hence each school builds their own sports programme to nurture players, market sports and also make money out of it.

@BakareParth Also in US schools are deeply connected with the local community. Imagine having a school in Andheri which the people love and care about MI. All this helps gather eye balls for local games. India is nowhere close to that. Not enough games , not enough come to watch amateurs play

@ShardulTamane How do you justify the “WHY” for this. For someone like Groww to build this fundamentally is unethical imo. Pro traders will never want to use this. New traders will be scammed most of the times.
