And dont focus on short term fixes- especially to try to win a championship.
Focus on long term fan engagement and culture.

And at some point, they need to recognize that taking care of the athletes is a sure path to FUTURE program donations...
@WinterSportsLaw And from our perspective, the universities need to do more than the bare minimum when it comes to providing education around all key facets of #NIL- which will help way beyond graduation...
Not saying there is a "massive athlete protest" against it (as some direct beneficiary groups) have suggested.
Our concern is the lack of general understanding across ALL student athletes (and not their core representatives).
Again, it's a solid starting point, but there are significant areas which need to be addressed still.
