@FreedomMobile Extremely unprofessional service from Freedom Mobile. Accidentally paid $1164 to Freedom on Dec 29 instead of Simplii credit card. Reported Jan 8. Feb 14 , still no refund despite repeated calls and escalations. No accountability. @FreedomMobile I need a response
