I humbly request the Government and all concerned authorities to:

- Review school timings for primary-grade students across all educational boards.
- Consult pediatricians, child psychologists, nutrition experts, educators, and parents before framing recommendations.
- Study the impact of early school timings on children's sleep, nutrition, mental health, physical health, learning, and family life.
- Consider introducing age-based guidelines or regulations that ensure all children receive adequate sleep, sufficient family time, opportunities for outdoor play, and a balanced daily routine while maintaining high educational standards.This representation is not a complaint; it is a sincere appeal for a policy discussion. Every child in India deserves an equal opportunity to grow in an environment that supports both academic excellence and healthy childhood development.

Childhood comes only once. Academic learning can continue throughout life, but lost sleep, lost play, and lost childhood cannot be brought back. The decisions made today will shape the health, happiness, and future of the next generation.

I sincerely hope this request receives thoughtful consideration and leads to meaningful dialogue for the benefit of all children.

A Grade 1 child waking at 5:30 a.m., leaving at 7:15 a.m., and returning home around 4:00- 4:15 p.m. isn't just following a schedule they're sacrificing sleep, play, and childhood.
