@royalenfield Pls get bike delivered from 3rd service. I had given at Chennai OMR service centre on 31st Sept. not sure what is the status ? Nobody is bothered about helping me out. Pathetic Customer service for a new bike driven just 2400 kms in 11 month.

@royalenfield @RoyalEnfieldIn I gave my bike for service yesterday. It was delivered back yesterday evening. To check if everything was fine I tried switching on bike. But it didn’t. Delivery person left the bike and said speak with supervisor ? What kind of service is this ?

@royalenfield got vehicle delivered at home. Fuel Range says 115kms but bike not switching on. When asked the delivery person ? He said to call supervisor. Supervisor has no clue. I am left stranded with this bike now. What to do know ? @royalenfield pls reply.

Supervisor I have to look after 25 bikes. When asked again why not switch with range 115kms. Now supervisor says there is meter reading issue. God please help the riders going on long ride. @royalenfield ????? Kya hai yeah.
