If Modi and his governments are so intimidated by a 6 year old, one has to wonder what this country has come to.

Imagine the trauma this child will carry and what his family and friends must be going through.

What is equally disturbing is that not one official involved appears to have stopped and asked the most basic question: Is it right to drag a six-year-old child through the streets like this?

During the hearing on the Jantar Mantar student protest matter, Senior Advocate N. Hariharan submitted before the Delhi High Court that protesters were allegedly subjected to excessive police force. He alleged that police used lathis fitted with nails, electric batons to administer electric shocks, and pellets against students participating in what he described as a peaceful demonstration.

Hariharan further submitted that no adequate warning was given before force was allegedly used against the protesters.
