The NAIS Presidential Search Committee has selected Debra P. Wilson as the next president of NAIS. Debra is currently president of the Southern Association of Independent Schools (SAIS) and previously served as NAIS general counsel for 19 years.

Irwin Lederman cared deeply for his family, held his Brooklyn roots closely and could schmooze with the best of them. And nothing meant more to him than the 64 years he spent married to Grandma.

As we approach the end of the school year, educator burnout continues to remain at the forefront of the well-being conversation. This summer, school leaders should encourage educators to make time to be supported themselves, connect socially, and build relationships.
