Whereas in the South, Amma, Karunanidhi, NTR, MGR were the Leaders/Founders of their respective parties.

@priteshlakhani I have tried multiple ways. The fastest I could fill the form & finish the payment was just 1 min 20 secs. And I still got a waiting list of around 140. These agents, and generally kinds of agents are the scum of the Earth. I'm so glad digitization has gotten rid of some of them.
