@CueTheClowns @MarkHertling IANAL, but AFAIK... No. SCOTUS ruled that the ban was constitutional, but this doesn't compel the exec branch to act. Trump can instruct agencies to not enforce the ban. TikTok hawks can then sue to force enforcement, but that's another case.
