We're trying steroids and vasopressin again in IHCA Small pilot study showing benefit, remains to be seen on a larger scale if the results hold up or not, but 38% vs 16% ROSC looks good

personal opinion: anaerobic coverage is severely over-rated. may be needed for necrotic/devitalized tissue (e.g., nec fas), abscess, or empyema. but in most other situations anaerobes are just along for the polymicrobial ride & don't necessarily require specific therapy.
