in the 1990s it was: what's your internet strategy?
in the 2000s it was: what's your social media strategy?
in the 2010s it was: what's your mobile strategy?
in the 2020s it'll be: what's your quantum strategy?

I know very little about Quantum.
However, the $IONQ CEO saying that $NVDA GPUs will become irrelevant by 2027 is quite the claim.
"The blackwell chip will look dated by 2027 and honestly that will wipe the floor with any other supercomputer that exists on earth."
Either this is the greatest opportunity ever, given $IONQ would be gunning for Nvidia's marketshare which would mean their $20B marketcap would have a chance to reach many trillions...or someone is greatly exaggerating the truth and creating a false narrative.

The most important line in this Korea Daily interview was this:
"A few years ago they asked, 'What is quantum computing?' Now they ask, 'What should our quantum strategy be?'"
Those are very different questions.
