@SamsungUK - a terrible customer service experience. Received a faulty microwave oven, team failed to book a replacement & now saying they need over 2 weeks to replace the faulty unit sent. 1.5h on phone w/o resolution, you have my money & I have no working item. Appalling.

@StirlingCouncil been trying to get roads to contact me re damage to my home caused by a road fault but have had no progress since reporting in July. Nobody responds to my calls. I’ve escalated, twice. Nobody calls back, & operators seem unbothered. Can someone please assist?

@BritishGasHelp I’ve tried repeatedly to get thru since being transferred (supplier bust). Each time it’s ages on hold for no answer. Today finally reached an advisor but was cut off & they didn’t call back. Please can someone call - it shouldn’t be this hard to get a bill & pay!
