@vivianwoo93 Ah a gym injury from 2017 that's suddenly flared up again..and my aunty read that cabbage leaves (not the part we eat) have anti-inflammatory properties (Lots on this on Google!) And that you can make a wrap out of leaves to relieve your pain haha

On today's episode of Subtle Asian Traits... My mother has strapped a cabbage leaf to my shoulder to get rid of a 4-year-old pain.
It's gonna be a long night.

Controversial opinion, but if BTS has a Grammy nomination, One Direction should have had one too 😔
But no, I'm very happy for BTS, they're so lovely and hardworking and deserving!

Also watching a lot of girl groups these last few months. Never felt like I wanted to be in a girl group before... now feel like I missed out on a lot haha

[El Niñu @Ninz_Fernz]

One day, without even realising it, 'Heartbreak Weather' became one of my favourite songs of all time, and now everytime I feel even the slightest bit down I play it and my whole day flips around so just wanted to say thank you to @NiallOfficial ❤

[El Niñu @Ninz_Fernz]

That first sip of tea when you're 3 hours in your shift and it's only 6.30am is like the elixer of life
