Tyrant border patrol agent pulls over driver to harass him because he filed a complaint on the agent.

​A driver named Terry was pulled into an interior Border Patrol checkpoint in southern Arizona. Exercising his constitutional rights, Terry calmly declined to answer immigration questions and refused consent for a vehicle search.Agent G. Hoyt was one of the officers on scene during that encounter. Terry filed a formal misconduct complaint against him.

​Fast forward over a year later to this stop. Agent Hoyt spots Terry on the road in southern Arizona, pulls him over, refusing to tell Terry why he was being stopped, only demanding his ID. Upon recognizing the agent, Terry immediately tells him he’s "digging a deeper hole."

​During the stop the agent never cited a single traffic violation or valid legal reason for initiating the stop. Instead, he immediately demanded Terry's identification as well as asking for him to shut off the vehicle and give him thy keys.
​Knowing his rights, Terry remained in his vehicle and repeatedly asked a simple question: Why was I pulled over? When Agent Hoyt refused to give a lawful reason and insisted on seeing ID, the standoff ensured.

​Rather than de-escalating or explaining the basis for the stop, the encounter escalated into a full multi-officer response:

​Multiple agents responded to the scene, turning a simple stop into a heavy law enforcement presence.

​Agents set up stop sticks around Terry’s tires to prevent him from leaving.

​A narcotics/contraband K-9 was brought out to conduct an exterior air sniff around the vehicle.

​Despite the pressure, the K-9 failed to alert, and agents were unable to establish any probable cause or evidence of wrongdoing. After roughly 35 minutes of wasted time on the side of the road, Terry was told he was free to go—without a single ticket, citation, or charge.

This is yet another complaint that Terry files on the BP agents.

Bad cop gets shut down by good cop when he extends well beyond his level of authority or jurisdiction.

​ William Barnwell was heading home to Alabama after a vacation when he got stuck behind a slow-moving vehicle camping in the left lane on N.C. 60 near the Georgia border. When Barnwell finally passed him, the driver flashed a badge out the window and forced Barnwell to pull over.

​The man in uniform was Harold Mashburn, a North Carolina Department of Public Safety probation and parole officer.

Mashburn demanded Barnwell’s driver’s license, initially claiming Barnwell was "speeding" and later alleging "aggressive driving". Mashburn even attempted to defend the stop by asserting he could visually estimate speed without radar.

​Barnwell immediately challenged Mashburn’s authority, pointing out that he was a probation officer—not a traffic cop—and repeatedly asked if he was legally detained or free to go. Mashburn refused to give a straight answer, telling Barnwell to "sit tight" while calling for another officer.

​When a North Carolina State Trooper arrived on scene, he quickly assessed the situation. Confused by the justification for the stop, the trooper confirmed he had no reason to issue citations and promptly let Barnwell go.

​ While NC probation officers are sworn law enforcement, state officials confirmed their authority does not include conducting traffic stops on public highways for general traffic infractions.

Following the release of the footage, the N.C. Department of Public Safety placed Mashburn on administrative duty pending an internal investigation.

Mashburn retired from the department amidst the state probe.

Great job by the trooper that quickly defused the situation and immediately ended the unlawful detainment.

Man suffers a diabetic attack causing him to blackout while driving. Officers t@se him twice which lead to a 1.95m settlement.

46-year-old Jeffrey Callaghan was driving his black Ford pickup truck down Gravenstein Highway in Sebastopol, California, with his 6-year-old daughter in the passenger seat.

Callaghan, who was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes as a child, suffered a sudden, severe hypoglycemic episode after his continuous glucose monitor malfunctioned.

​As his blood sugar dropped to dangerously low levels, Callaghan became profoundly disoriented and confused. His vehicle drifted at low speeds (20–30 mph) before coming to a stop in a roadside ditch near the local Antique Society.

Officer Forrest Whitehall of the Sebastopol Police Department pursued the vehicle and approached with his firearm drawn, shouting commands for Callaghan to exit the vehicle.

​Because Callaghan was experiencing a severe medical emergency, he was dazed and physically unable to respond or process instructions. Officers interpreted his lack of reaction as active non-compliance.

Officer Whitehall deployed his Taser twice in rapid succession, sending Callaghan to the pavement while his frightened 6-year-old daughter watched from inside the truck. During the struggle to force Callaghan into handcuffs on the ground, officers fr@ctured his right fore@rm.

​When emergency medical technicians arrived at the scene, they quickly tested Callaghan's blood sugar, recognized the diabetic emergency, and administered glucose gel.

Callaghan rapidly regained full coherence and explained his medical condition to the officers. Body camera footage captured officers acknowledging on scene that a DUI was unlikely and that Callaghan had experienced a medical event.

Hospital blood tests later confirmed zero presence of alcohol or drugs. Despite this, officers processed Callaghan and booked him into county jail on felony evading charges.

​The Sonoma County District Attorney's Office subsequently reviewed the incident, dismissed all allegations, and declined to file any criminal charges against Callaghan.

Callaghan subsequently filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against the City of Sebastopol and the officers involved, alleging excessive force, unlawful arrest, and civil rights violations.

In July 2026, the City of Sebastopol officially agreed to a $1.95 million settlement to resolve the lawsuit.

These are the types of officers we could do without. More worried about arrest numbers than health and safety of the citizens. Should not have taken the DA to drop the charges.

Meet the hero! 16-year-old lifeguard Ryder (reportedly Ryder Williams)

This high school student and seasonal Santa Cruz State Parks lifeguard pulled off one of the most incredible rescues of the summer at Seabright Beach on July 25.

A 10-year-old boy was being hammered by massive waves. Ryder dove in, locked on with an unbreakable grip, and fought through wave after wave for nearly two minutes - never letting go - while telling bystanders who tried to help to save themselves. A second lifeguard joined him to get the boy safely to shore. The child was checked by paramedics and reunited with his family, stable.

His mom confirmed his first name on social media and said he’s just doing the job he loves. Instead of a GoFundMe, she pointed people toward supporting the Santa Cruz County Parks Junior Guards program that trained him.

On October 31, 2022, in Lake City, Florida, legally blind Navy veteran James Hodges, then 61, was walking home after jury duty was canceled.

He was stopped by a female deputy (Jayme Gohde) who mistook his folded mobility cane for a handgun in his back pocket.

After Hodges requested the bodycam footage and filed a complaint, the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office investigated. Sheriff Mark Hunter publicly apologized, calling the deputies’ conduct “unacceptable”.

Deputy Gohde received a two-day suspension without pay;

Her supervisor Sgt. Harrison (seen in video) was demoted, received a seven-day suspension without pay, and was barred from favorable actions (raises/promotions) for two years.

Both underwent remedial civil-rights training.

A later lawsuit by Hodges was settled out of court.

🇫🇷 Damien Tabard, 72, was fired after 17 years as a French school bus driver for dropping some of his students off in front of their homes instead of at scheduled stops. This was in order to ensure their safety; one 12 year old girl would otherwise have been forced to walk 650 meters along an unlit road at night with no sidewalk.

He was fired anyway, for insubordination.

On May 20, 2026, the Limoges labor court upheld his dismissal for serious misconduct and ordered him to pay €500 to his former employer.

Shortly after his firing, local transport authorities officially modified the route to include the safer stops Tabard had fought for.

An Airbnb was rented by a mom and her four children. They were there for two weeks. Keep that in mind when you see the condition of this home .
I am in total shock that someone would let their children do this to someone else’s home that they allowed to rent. The cleaning lady that was called in for an emergency cleaning had to film it because she said she’s never seen anything like this in her life, and I would agree. I’m not even going to tell you what is smeared all over the bathroom walls. Use your imagination on that one..
