HYBRID WORKING KEY FACTS
If you have a Work Style Agreement (WSA) in place and your management want to review it, they must have a conversation with you and come to a new agreement which you can sign if content.
Under any WSA managers can ask you to come in for extra days in the office if there is a business reason. However, if you believe that a new pattern is being imposed on you with no regard to your existing WSA you can lodge a grievance.
Colleagues
Just a quick update on the Hybrid Working Registered Disagreement. DTUS and Management will formally meet on Wednesday 4th September to attempt to resolve the issue.
In the meantime, DTUS advice is for members to continue to not sign any new workstyle agreements, unless they are content to do so, and an update following the registered disagreement will include any further instructions and steps.
