Apr 16, another agent came & marked it as “cancelled.”

Now: no jackets, no refund.

@tvsmotorcompany Resolved? It took 79 days to fix a fuel tank. Let’s be clear: taking nearly 3 months for a standard repair isn't an 'opportunity to refine services,' it’s a total service failure. This isn't moderate service; it’s the worst I’ve ever experienced.
