"Appealing Fictions"
There are many things in life that we think are true because we desperately want them to be true. The bigger gap between what you want to be true & what you need to be true, the more you protect yourself from being victim to an appealing financial fictions.
Hunger is the biggest reason behind the poor becoming poorer. No food leads to no strength which clearly diminishes thier strength to work. Condition is worse in Poorer who lacked money to educate themselves as neither they have skill nor strength to work. Poverty is scary.
Like everything else worthwhile,successful investing demands a price.
But its currency is not dollars and cents. It's volatility, fear, doubts, uncertainty, and regret-all of which are easy to overlook until you're dealing with them in real time.
