After a little back and forth, I’m glad to say @TravelproIntl is now honoring their warranty and replacing the bag for me. Shouldn’t have had to even have the convo but glad they did the right thing!

Bought @TravelproIntl suitcase thinking it would last a long time and had an excellent warranty…. Used my large suitcase maybe 5x in the 3 years I’ve owned it… arrived at int’l destination and entire seam busted open - and they claim this is “normal wear and tear” & not covered

Yet if the wheel broke off (and contents of luggage were ok) they would cover that - yet my contents were flowing out the bottom - I had to spend $100 to buy a back up bag while on travel - and now am out over $200 on original cost of bag. Definitely don’t stand behind their word
