@HM_Passport Hi Emily. I’ve just seen a worrying reply from HM Passport after someone chased their DM. Surely if someone is chasing a DM due to not being told anything for 2-3 days they don’t get moved to the bottom of the queue? Urgent info on my case needed please

@HM_Passport hello. Is there really no way of knowing have far through the process an application is? I’m hearing of people getting their renewed passports back within days that didn’t apply until early June. Mine was May 11th. Even a rough idea would be really beneficial thanks

@HM_Passport @AshAlyafie Can I ask If people are being told someone will look into their case and get back to them, then nobody gets back to them, are you saying if they chase it again they drop to the bottom of the queue for a reply to a DM?

Just out of interest. Has anyone received a child’s renewal passport with an application date of 11th May? I’m being pushed to confirm my holiday now the government have announced the lifting on 6th July. Thanks in advance

@HM_Passport Do you have an indication of when they will be available and if it’s an option for people who have passports already being processed? I’m not expecting to be moved up the queue, I just need to know if I’ll get this within the next 4 weeks thanks

@HM_Passport Ok thanks. Just out of interest can you advice if applications that are already being processed can be upgraded to premium where I pay the extra fee and travel to Peterborough to pick it up? Thanks again Nisha

@passportwaiting I’ve been waiting since 11th May and it’s still in the processed stage. I know people are busy BUT can’t understand how some new applications and being completed in a matter of days whilst others who have sent off in April and May are still waiting.

@passportwaiting Hello there must be some way to advise Customers at what stage their passport is whilst being "processed" to give us a rough idea? There are reports that people have got their renewed passport back within 1-2 weeks who didn't submit until June at the earliest
