My moms experience
Rogers down again since last night Apparently a fibre cut in the North York and surrounding area however their customer service seemed unaware and no one can give a proper eta. Will definitely be looking for an alternative service soon

@MathStudio_Usha Usha I applaud your openness and willingness and bravery to share your journey. I hope to have the same courage to be able to tell certain aspects of my journey that I shy away from for various reasons.
Went to the movies last night after a long time
Two things I observed
1) All employees in Ontario should be aware of what an Access2entertainment card is
2) Movie self service kiosks should be accessible to individuals with disabilities

Why are able bodied athletes given more tv coverage then disabled athletes? It’s frustrating when we think we have progressed in inclusion and accessibility but there is so much work left to do

At the vaccine clinic, a security guard turns to another and says “Does he need a wheelchair” referring to my boyfriend who is blind and who is holding my arm and walking with me...Understsnding still needs to happen.. @dkhanna80@AMIKellyMac#disabilities
When looking for a universally accessible symbol representing all disabilities this is the best that I could find, wish that it included sign language as well. Nevertheless wishing everyone a very safe and healthy holiday season. #disability@dkhanna80
