One of the cruelest ADHD traps is that motivation often arrives after the task starts.
But starting is the part your brain refuses to do.
So you spend hours waiting to feel motivated enough to begin.
When in reality, beginning is usually what creates the motivation.
It's like needing to be warm before you're allowed to light the fire.

The meds hav bn supportive to atleast help silence the multiple background noise & chatter continously which was unexplainable to anyone earlier & felt it was normal.
But whenever, im on meds i get to experience the calm neurotypicals stay inn 🤷🏻

& the 6month's fireworks every night from May to October at Niagra falls are smoke free ?? 🤔

This is how people start to resent you. Civic disregard now being exported to the world. Feel ashamed. I celebrated Diwali for years in Boston and NYC. Never ever would you find us doing this. Small pollution free quiet phuljhadis in the yard. The whole block would come and eat, light diyas, play cards. Before this becomes a habit just ban firecrackers.
