@Helios_Movement and I dont know how you can criticise my training even though 1) You dont know how many exercises I am doing. 2) You dont know if I am progressively overloading or not. 3) You dont know how much time I spend in the gym. 4) You havent seen me train.
@Helios_Movement I didnt come at you btw. Just pointed out that most people wont be able to look like you did in the pictures. I didnt say that I have any problem gaining muscle btw so I dont know why you are coming at me. This type of training is what works for me, and is scientifically backed
@ryandigital18@TakeThiamine if you are really young(under 16/17) , really consistent and thumbpull for a living while having great habits and hormones you might see some progress yeah
most people wont check all these boxes though and if you really want to expand your palate just get an mse/marpe tbh
@ryandigital18@TakeThiamine instead of larping on my replies show me your thumbpulling before and after, or those ''normal people'' legit progress
I am not ''close minded'', I have experimented with all these things way before they became popular
@oscarpatel he definitely didnt just flex his sternocleidomastoid, improved his posture, improved the angle and lighting of the photo
I support thumbpulling but you are just frauding results atp, I can recreate this before and after in like <1 min
