@CebuPacificAir this is a very sad way to deal with tourists that had to incur a traumatizing experience due to natural disaster. Very inhuman to have this inconsiderate approach towards your customer when we only tried to make the best out of being in Philippines.

@CebuPacificAir while our hotel and ferry ride were patriortic and showed us the true hospitality of the Philippine and it’s generous people @CebuPacificAir refused to acknowledge that on December 3 there was a halt on all ferry rides and are asking us for proof
