Instead, the script is now due tomorrow, my doctors office closed at noon today and tomorrow is the weekend. Seriously? 😡 I am so sick of this. Every month it’s something with this pharmacy who apparently hates filling controlled medications.

My pharmacy has had my pain medicine prescription for 3 days now. And they call me about 10 minutes ago, the day before the weekend, to tell me they need a prior authorization for it from my doctor. Sooo WHY wasn’t this discovered 3 days ago so it could’ve been dealt with then?

When someone who is in chronic pain 24/7 is telling you how bad it’s getting and that you’re also scared of an upcoming major surgery on your back, don’t sit there and say “you know it could always be worse”… no wonder I’m an emotional wreck bc I was raised to believe

That my problems weren’t really that bad, and how someone else has it so much worse, basically invalidating my feelings (while also feeling guilt) and what I go through and to also never ask for help bc that makes you a failure. 🤦🏼‍♀️ And at 39, I’m still being told these things.
