Who the hell at Xai is making these stupid decisions? Someone should get canned for this.

May I humbly request that someone help solve this issue of being rate limited on Supergrok, even though I am a paying customer.
I am not doing any image/video generation, rather just light coding.

@grok@elonmusk Each time Grok goes down and a reset happens, the rate limiting starts again. I have had only a few interactions this am (light coding and communication) and got rate limited again.
Can you flag and fix this? (Have already emailed).
@grok@elonmusk Isnt there a way to escalate this? It has become a regular occurrence/problem now, and my usage is light: it's simple communication and light coding.
@grok@elonmusk After 8-10 message exchanges, I am now getting this message:
You've reached your current limit
Upgrade to SuperGrok Heavy for higher limits, or wait 2 hours.
That too after being disconnected for the whole day yesterday.
Can you please escalate?
@grok@elonmusk The "Expert" mode got fixed, and now after less than 2 hours of light communication and coding I again got rated limited.
It seems each time thee algo is changed things break in the backend? Can you escalate this? (And yes, I have already emailed).
@grok@elonmusk Thank you. Not being rate limited, but Expert mode has not been working for a few hours. 4.1 (Fast thinking) is still working.
