On 15 May 2026 at Marol Naka underground metro station, my valid metro ticket failed to scan at the exit gate due to a technical issue.the staff behaved aggressively and threatened me with a penalty.This behavior was rude and unacceptable. Mrs pranoti staff name @MumbaiMetro3
