@engineers_feed It is because of evaporative cooling. A slightly hotter bowl of liquid has a faster rate of evaporation, thus faster cooling. However, one cannot simply expect a bowl of 99 C water to freeze faster than 1 C water. There is a limitation on how much hotter the liquid could be.

I just started to code for meshing and came across "Reprint of: Delaunay refinement algorithms for triangular mesh generation" by Jonathan Richard Shewchuk.
Is it a good algorithm to start? Do you suggest any other basic algorithm?
