@ncbn గారూ... రాజకీయ అణచివేత చర్యలకోసం, ప్రశ్నించేవారి గొంతు నొక్కడానికి ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో మీరు పోలీస్‌ వ్యవస్థను అత్యంత ప్రమాదకర ధోరణివైపు నడిపిస్తున్నారు. మీ పాలనలో పుట్టుకొచ్చిన దుష్టసంప్రదాయాలతో మీరు రాష్ట్రంలో ప్రతిచోటా విషపు విత్తనాలు నాటారు, అవి క్రమంగా మొక్కలై విషవృక్షాలుగా మారుతున్నాయి. చిన్నారులు మిస్సింగ్‌ అయినా దర్యాప్తుపై వేగం లేదు. మహిళలపై నేరాలకు సంబంధించి ఫిర్యాదులు నమోదు కాకపోయినా కదలిక లేదు. గిరిజన మహిళను వివస్త్రచేసి, దాడి చేసినా అరెస్టులు లేవు. కానీ సోషల్‌ మీడియాలో ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ప్రశ్నిస్తే మాత్రం కేసులు, అరెస్టులు, చిత్రహింసలు, నాన్‌బెయిలబుల్‌ సెక్షన్లు పెడతారా?

కాకినాడ జిల్లా తుని నియోజకవర్గానికి చెందిన చిన్నారి జ్ఞానేశ్వరి కనిపించకుండా పోయి 30 రోజులు దాటిపోయింది. ఇప్పటికీ ఆ పాప ఆచూకీ లేదు. తన కూతురు ఫొటోలు పట్టుకుని ఆ తండ్రి వీధివీధి తిరుగుతున్నాడు. పాప తల్లి ఆ బాధ తట్టుకోలేక తీవ్ర అనారోగ్యానికి గురైంది. ఒక చిన్నారి ఆచూకీ కనుగొనడంలోనే ప్రభుత్వం విఫలమైతే ఇక ప్రజల భద్రతకు భరోసా ఎలా ఇవ్వగలుగుతారు?

ఇంకో ఘటనలో ఇదే కాకినాడ జిల్లా పెద్దాపురంలో మానసిక దివ్యాంగురాలైన బాలికపై లైంగిక దాడి ఘటనపై కేసు నమోదుకు నానా తాత్సారం చేసి, నిందితులతో కుమ్మక్కు అయితే ఇక ఈ రాష్ట్రంలో పాలన ఎక్కడుంది?

పొట్టిశ్రీరాములు నెల్లూరు జిల్లా కావలిలో టీడీపీ మాజీ కౌన్సిలర్‌ గిరిజన మహిళను వివస్త్రను చేసి దాడి చేశారన్న ఘటన రాష్ట్రాన్ని కుదిపేసింది. ఇలాంటి దారుణ ఘటనలో, తాత్సారం చేసిన వారం రోజుల తర్వాత ఫిర్యాదు తీసుకోవడం ఒక పెద్ద తప్పు అయితే ఇప్పటివరకు ఎవరినీ అరెస్టు చేయకపోవడం మరింత దారుణం. పైగా బాధితులపైనే ఎదురు కేసు పెట్టడం చూస్తే, నేరస్తులకు రక్షణ, బాధితులకు వేధింపులు అన్నట్టుగా మీరు పోలీసు వ్యవస్థను నడుపుతున్నారు.

సాయికృష్ణ లాకప్‌డెత్‌, శవం మాయం కేసు రాష్ట్రాన్ని కుదిపేసింది. ఆ తల్లి అడిగిన ప్రశ్నలకు మీ వద్ద ఇప్పటికీ సమాధానాల్లేవు. క్రాంతికుమార్‌ ఆత్మహత్య కేసు, తాను ఇచ్చిన మరణ వాంగ్మూలం, దీన్ని సోషల్‌ మీడియా సాక్షిగా చూసిన ప్రజలు తీవ్రంగా కలతచెందారు. గంగమ్మ, తిరుపతమ్మల లాకప్‌డెత్‌, పోలీసుల వేధింపులతో కళావతి ఆత్మహత్య కేసులు, ఇవన్నీ రాష్ట్రంలో పోలీసు వ్యవస్థకు తీవ్ర తలవంపులు తెచ్చాయి. అయినా, మీ బరితెగింపునకు కట్టడి లేదు.

వీటన్నింటి నుంచి ప్రజల దృష్టిని మళ్లించడానికి రోజుకో డైవర్షన్‌ పాలిటిక్స్‌ చేస్తున్నారు. సోషల్‌ మీడియా యాక్టివిస్టులపై వాటికి సంబంధించిన సెక్షన్లతో కాకుండా, బెయిల్‌ రాని సెక్షన్లు పెట్టాలని, కేసులను వ్య‌వ‌స్థీకృత నేరాల‌కు లింక్‌ చేయాలంటూ ఒక ఆర్గనైజ్డ్‌ క్రిమినల్‌ మాదిరిగా మీరే, ప్రతి స్టేషన్‌ హౌస్‌ ఆఫీసర్‌కు ఈ ఆదేశాలు చేరేలా, పోలీసుల‌కు హుకుం జారీ చేసిన‌ట్లుగా స‌మాచారం వ‌స్తోంది. ఇది అత్యంత ప్రమాదకరమైన ధోరణి. ప్రజల ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానం చెప్పలేక, భయపెట్టాలనుకోవడం ప్రజాస్వామ్యాన్ని ఖూనీ చేయడమే అవుతుంది.

యూట్యూబ్‌ ఇన్‌ఫ్లూయెన్సర్‌, ఉస్మానియా గోల్డ్‌మెడల్‌ జర్నలిస్ట్‌ కేవీఆర్‌ను సరైన చట్ట ప్రక్రియలు పాటించకుండా హైదరాబాద్‌ నుంచి భారీ పోలీసు బలగాలతో తీసుకురావడం, అతను చేయని వాటిని చేసినట్టుగా ఎఫ్‌ఐఆర్‌లో పెట్టి, జైలుకు పంపడం అత్యంత దుర్మార్గం.

యూట్యూబర్‌ రావణ్ విషయంలో ఇప్పుడు మీరు పెట్టిన కేసులకు, నాలుగు కోర్టుల్లో బెయిల్స్‌ వచ్చినా, అహంకారంతో చెలరేగిపోతూ, నేరుగా సంబంధిత పోలీస్‌స్టేషన్లపై త‌మ వారి చేత దాడులు చేయించారు. అసహనంతో తీవ్రవాదులపై పెట్టే అభియోగాలు మోపారు. చంద్రబాబుగారూ.., మీరు, పవన్‌కళ్యాణ్‌, లోకేష్‌లు సహా మీ పార్టీ నాయకులు గతంలో, ఇప్పుడుకూడా ఏ మాట్లాడారో, ఏం మాట్లాడుతున్నారో ఇప్పుడు వాళ్లుకూడా అవే మాటలు మాట్లాడుతున్నారు, వాటినే ప్రశ్నిస్తున్నారు. అలాంటప్పుడు మరి అవే అభియోగాలు మీ మీదకూడా పెట్టాలికదా? విమర్శకులను నేరస్తులుగా చిత్రీకరించడం, వారిని చంపడం కోసం పోలీస్‌స్టేషన్ల మీదకు మీవారిని పంపి దాడిచేయించడం, పోలీసులు మౌనం వహించి, ప్రేక్షకు పాత్ర పోషించడం, ఇవన్నీ ప్రజాస్వామ్యానికి ప్రమాదకర సంకేతాలు. ఇది రాజ్యాంగ హక్కులపై దాడి. ఇది ప్రజాస్వామ్య విలువలపై దాడి.

చంద్రబాబుగారూ ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌కు కావాల్సింది రౌడీ పోలీస్‌ రాజ్యం కాదు. జంగిల్‌రాజ్‌ కాదు. ప్రజలకు భద్రత కల్పించే పాలన కావాలి. బాధితులకు న్యాయం చేసే వ్యవస్థ కావాలి. చట్టం ముందు అందరూ సమానమనే నమ్మకం కావాలి. రాజకీయ ఆదేశాలకు కాకుండా, రాజ్యాంగానికి లోబడి నడిచే పోలీస్‌ వ్యవస్థ కావాలి.

Heartiest congratulations to Shri @sajjanjindal Garu and the entire @jswsteel team on the restart of the steel plant project in Kadapa. This is a significant milestone for the industrial development of Rayalaseema and a moment of hope for the youth and families aspiring for employment and economic growth.

It is important to remember that such landmark projects are built on years of committed groundwork. During our government, we finalized JSW as the project developer and laid the critical foundations necessary for the project to take shape. Environmental clearances were facilitated, water allocation was secured, land was allocated, road connectivity and the required land for supporting infrastructure were provided, and all key approvals were pursued to enable the project to move forward. With these foundations in place, work on the project progressed at a brisk pace during our tenure.

Unfortunately, over the past two years, the project came to a grinding halt, resulting in further delays to this long-awaited investment. It is therefore encouraging to see work finally restarting. The people of Kadapa have waited long enough, and they deserve to see this important project completed without any further delay. As my home district, Kadapa holds a special place in my heart, and I have always believed its youth deserve greater opportunities through industrial growth and sustainable employment.

Development is a continuous process that transcends political boundaries. Every government has a responsibility to build on the work already done and take projects to completion in the larger interest of the people.

I sincerely wish JSW every success in expediting the project and ensuring that the people of Kadapa and the entire Rayalaseema region reap the benefits through employment, industrial growth, and inclusive development.

It is heartening to see that at least after 40% of their term is over, @naralokesh is finding reason to make a comment on State finances.

Now with the GST numbers for June 2026 being released, Nara Lokesh presumably got the impression that his Government has done well on GST front and hastily made tweet on the same claiming that the GST growth indicates growth, jobs and so forth.

The source which Nara Lokesh quotes reveal many more things that he did not have the time or ability to take a deeper look into, before patting himself on the back. We are attaching the figures to this post, which are quite revealing.

During the first quarter of FY 2026-27, the AP's SGST (post IGST settlement) shows a year-on-year growth of 25%, and this is the reason that apparently motivated Nara Lokesh to make the claims he made yesterday. But if we look a little deeper, we identify that during the first quarter of FY 2025-26, the AP's SGST (post IGST settlement) shows a year-on-year growth of -7%. This miserable performance during the previous year is what provided a base effect advantage in the first quarter this year contributing to an artificial growth. If FY 2025-26 performance was poorer, then FY 2026-27 growth would have been even better. But that is no reason to be happy.

Considering a post settlement SGST of Rs. 8,568 crores during Q1 2024-25 and a corresponding figure of Rs. 9,978 crores during Q1 2026-27, the compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) over the two year period is only 7.9%, offering no reason to cheer. During the five year period, 2019-24, the SGST revenues have grown from Rs. 20,611 crores in 2018-19 to Rs. 31,130 crores in 2023-24, registering a CAGR of 8.60%, despite overwhelmingly challenging circumstances such as the Covid - 19 pandemic.

For the last two years, despite several discussions on the unattractive fiscal performance of the State, Nara Lokesh appeared to be oblivious to any of those happenings and never even attempted to offer any explanation on the same, now when one figure prima facie appears to be favourable to the Government, without even taking a moment to understand the reason behind it, Nara Lokesh rushes to take credit.
