On 30 June 2025, India Foundation organised the third session of "Katha: The Folklore Circle" - an unforgettable evening steeped in stories, myths and magic. This session was on the theme "South Indian Folklore: From Coorg & In Popular Media".
Mr. Nitin Kushalappa, Author, was the Master Storyteller for this session. We also had a Special Feature by Mr. Orson Passi, Second Secretary (Political), Australian High Commission, where he shared tales from the Australian Mythology. This session was chaired by Mr. Apurv Mishra,Consultant, EAC-PM.
From the misty hills of Coorg to the ancient landscapes of Australia, we journeyed through South Indian folklore and Dreamtime legends.
