If most buyers don’t complain:
👉 It weakens the case at system level,
👉 Looks like “isolated issue” instead of “systemic misuse”

and all risk shift to innocent buyer.

Well said this builder really think that he is big and neither govt, court nor authorities can do anything. That's why builder say jo karma hai kr lo. @CMOfficeUP @UPRERAofficial please take note of this and help homebuyers.
