However, I feel that the high deduction during refunds is quite unfair for common passengers.

There is a genuine need to reconsider and reduce this amount, so that ordinary travelers are not burdened unnecessarily in case of cancellations.

बड़े पापा के निधन की वजह से Purvanchal Express (Sleeper) की 2 टिकट (Gorakhpur से Chhapra) ₹300 में बुक की थी।
मजबूरी में कैंसिल करनी पड़ी, पर रिफंड सिर्फ ₹50 मिला।
