Reporting a cyber crime to @Cyberdost portal takes a hit on your mental health.

It's worse than @IRCTCofficial tatkal, there you get logged out because of heavy traffic, here you get logged out because you want to report a crime.

This is what monopoly looks like in any industry, that @DGCAIndia had to step back with their orders in order to cater the chaos between flyers and airlines in the whole country.

@IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @FinMinIndia The response from team is same response I can see on portal, I don't think there is any use of it.

Please stop fagging, please act.

It's been 5 months now. One month since my first tweet for this @nsitharamanoffc

[Nitish Singh @NitishSsinghh]

@nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @IncomeTaxIndia @FinMinIndia My tax refund has been delayed for 4 months, and I'm still getting a regular IVRS kind of response.
I am okay with the delay, given I get duly paid the interest I would have earned on it after proper investment.

@IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @FinMinIndia Hi Team,

How much eternity does the team take to respond or resolve issues?

Please confirm soon.

[Nitish Singh @NitishSsinghh]

@IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @FinMinIndia Why so much delay, please give us at least a valid reason.

Just the team looking into it doesn't help.

@IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @FinMinIndia Hi Team,

It's been really long now, patience is not good if held for long.

Please update an ETA soon, as it is important now.

[Nitish Singh @NitishSsinghh]

@IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @FinMinIndia Hi Team,

Should I expect resolution via call or e mail.
As I received a call today, it sounded like fraud so disconnected.

[Nitish Singh @NitishSsinghh]

@IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @FinMinIndia I hope the details in the screenshot would help.

Wasn't expecting an IVR response again.

[Nitish Singh @NitishSsinghh]

@IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @FinMinIndia 1 more week went by without any solution.

Today it marks 4th month of filing ITR without any return.

God and @IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharamanoffc knows will I get my return of the last FY in this FY.

[Nitish Singh @NitishSsinghh]

@IncomeTaxIndia @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @FinMinIndia @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @snjy_puri @PMOIndia
Seems like new scam IT is running, Responding on X that please drop a mail will look into your concern and after that you receive again a IVR response.
