@secrail Train No. 12101. Boggey H1. People entering in H1 boggey. Pantry workers repeatedly opening the separating door. General boggey people are using H1 toilet and space. Please look into it. CURRENT LOCATION: Durg at 2pm, 14th April 2026.

Though the problem was resolved at Bilaspur, the same was repeated at Jharsuguda. The TTE on board said that people from general boggey can use 1A toilet. Pantry guys opened seaparating door yet again. Pls look into it

@DRMBilaspur @secrail @RailMinIndia The separating door was still opened again, even after warning to pantry staff. Md Sazaidduin TTE on board supported that people from general boggey can use 1A toilet. Both toilets occupied.

Every attempt by Indian Railways to introduce design changes to keep railways more clean, is being neutralized because of 2 reasons:

1. Civic sense of passengers
2. Maintenance issues leading to water logging inside toilets
