@IdeaRatingGuy @SortitionNow @alastair_stark @gregmarston1 Worth noting this was a small scale experiment. 4 policy topics, 2 webinars to provide for & against arguments followed by 1 day face-to-face deliberations and 2 hrs of online deliberation. And there were still clear impacts from deliberation.
