@MSEDCL how do you calculate my bill?!? First of all your guys don't come to read the meter. And god forbid if I miss submitting the reading through the app, you put any random numbers in the meter reading and amount section! Stop the harassment!
@MSEDCL despite clearing the dues and paying reconnection charges on 13th March, there's no electricity at home! Customer care just 'raises complain' and does nothing else. Why the delay? Why the horrible service? If you can't do your work, please refund my amount.
@MSEDCL Pakka?! Because this is what the call center people say too "we regret inconvenience caused. We have taken cognizance of your complaint and it will be resolve soon". But that 'soon' hasn't come yet!

@AxisBank Hi! I have tried talking & chatting with your executives,but none of them are able to help.Hence the tweet! I can't register for netbanking.Despite using the correct credentials,I keep getting 'invalid user credentials' response. Tried using different browsers. HELP!
